As far back as 1780 my Family was involved in growing and preparing food in Umbria. We began our work in the historic town of Spoleto before my great grandfather moved us to Giano dell’Umbria in 1920. Each generation of my family has passed down to the next their expertise in selecting and blending oils. We are proud of every single bottle which leaves our factory, and we do not produce any oil which we would not be happy to use in our own kitchen. Our hard work and dedication to quality has seen our family business growing considerably. We are now the biggest producer of olive oil in Umbria and the fourth biggest in all Italy."
